Lifetime Warranty

The lifetime warranty is included with all products. Warranty cards are available upon request which allows the holder to contact Promotional Sources in the event of a product malfunction. If any of the promotional products purchased from Promotional Sources break or do not function as intended, we will replace the item(s) free of charge for life. Whether it is one year or ten years from the day of purchase, we are here to help. After 30 days from the date of delivery, Promotional Sources reserves the right to replace flash drives with any flash drive that is of equal or greater value.  The previous mentioned warranty does not include accident, human fault or improper use.
